She started her career as a Personal Secretary to CEO in Armstrong Smith Ltd and then with MOPEC (The Overseas Employment and Export Promotion Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd.) and gathered rich corporate exposure. She has experience in the areas of Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Company Affairs.

Ms. Neelam Manchanda is the Principal and director who has 16 years of teaching and grooming Pre-primary kids. Before joiningDaffodils she was a Teacher for Sociology and Psychology at Anthonys Arts Academy for class Xll students. Her educationalqualification includes BA in Psychology and B.G.L . Her passion to shape the formative years of a child brought her toDaffodils in the year 2005. Training kids from Playgroup to Senior Kg , she realized the need to make the value base verystrong in this pre primary years and at Daffodils she feels it is done with heartfelt spirit and passion. Phonetics is herforte, creating great readers is her dream.

Ms. Anindita Das is the CEO and has 11 years of experience with Pre-primary kids. Her forte wastraining Nursery and Playgroup kids for developing their Phonetics skills and analytical capabilities. Her educationalqualifications include MA in Bengali Literature and ECCED from National academy.
